How It All

Started

I’ve never met anyone whose life has been easy. Mine certainly hasn’t been. I’ve faced heartache, illness, and loss, but I’ve also experienced incredible joy, love, and fulfillment.​

Through the ups and downs, I realized that peace isn’t something we find when life is 100% perfect for us—it’s something we create in the midst of life’s messiness.

For me, the journey into healing began during some of my darkest moments. I’ve struggled and felt completely overwhelmed at times. In those moments, I knew there had to be another way to move through the pain. That’s when I discovered the power of somatic healing and holistic coaching—tuning into the body’s wisdom to release what was trapped inside. As I healed, I knew I had found my calling: to help others live more fully as themselves. ​​​

​​eartspace Method was born from my own journey of exploration, healing, and learning. I’ve spent years developing a 5-step method that integrates the mind, body, and heart, helping people dig into and change the old patterns and judgments that hold them back. Whether you’re looking to heal from trauma, move through pain, or simply reconnect with yourself, I’m here to guide you on that path. You can do this solo, with a partner, or in a group.

My Journey to Heartspace

The Power of Letting Go

One of the most profound lessons I’ve learned is the power of surrender. By letting go of control over the things that once weighed heavily on me, I found room for a new kind of freedom—one that allowed me to move forward with lightness and joy. I help others experience this same release, learning to navigate life with self-compassion and resilience.

Turning Challenges into Strength

Life is filled with experiences that test our resilience, yet I’ve come to see these as gateways to deeper understanding and inner peace. Rather than being defined by hardship, I’ve used each challenge to rediscover my own strength and sense of self. This realization became the foundation of Heartspace Method, where I now guide others to release what holds them back, embrace their own inner wisdom, and find a more peaceful path forward.

Heartspace Method is more than a healing approach; it’s an invitation to reclaim your inner strength, self-compassion, and authenticity. In creating this method, I share what I have discovered about living with greater connection and joy.
